Professional or Personal

High pressure, high results. Over the years this client worked her way up to CEO of a Pharmaceutical company as well as being named to multiple high-profile boards. She’s also a parent. The constant balancing act between the roles of corporate management and caring mom left her with little actual balance.

OBJECTIVE
Reassess and define goals in professional and personal life.

PLAN
With the needed drive and time demands of her from work leave little time for flexibility. Through coaching she needs to learn the importance of the “long game” of her career and personal goals. Changing demands in both areas meant a need to develop a readiness for transition. We set a 6-month goal of researching companies that align with what she is looking to accomplish in her career as well as giving her the balance to be more present for her family

RESULTS
Client has now moved to an organization where she can make a satisfying impact while allowing more time at home. She has reassessed other outside commitments and has stepped down from one of her board seats. With these changes, she is now able to focus on being more present in every moment.

ONGOING ENGAGEMENTS
Client has taken her new shift to the next level by focusing on her own self care to work longer and be a better member of her family.
